Australian manufacturing is currently segmenting and contracting, it makes sense that designing, engineering and manufacturing needs to be reexamined in context of global economies and global markets, taking into account factors such as currencies, free trade and simply Australia’s strengths and weaknesses; its adaptability to change, not only to survive, but to excel.
